I’ve been going to this gym for about a year (since it opened).

What I like:
- It’s spacious, so even when it’s busy you still have enough room to do your workout without feeling like others are too close or you need more space.
- There are multiple of different machines, especially for cardio and some strength training machines (like cables).
- Open training area (crossfit style) with 4 racking stations and body weight training equipment (pull-up bars, ropes for climbing, rings…) as well as kettlebells, mats and boxes, etc.
- There’s always a free spot to park your car or bike.
- Long opening hours.

What I don’t like:
- Despite lots of efforts (signs on the walls, funny videos on their social media, messages on the gym’s app…) re-racking weights seems to be a big challenge to many users of this gym.
- Lots of people working out here wear headphones. I’d dare to say most gym goers here do. And yet the music is usually really loud and unfortunately there isn’t always someone around to ask them to lower the volume.
- Everything is painted black and there are hardly any windows. There’s very little natural light which makes it feel like you’re training in a bunker underground.

Things I wish this gym had:
- A water fountain with tap water. If you want to have a drink here you have to pay for it. If you’d like to refill your bottle you have to struggle with the motion detection tap in the toilets…
- A sauna. I know not many gyms have one in Belgium, but a place as big as this one could definitely make place for a wellness area.

All in all I feel like the positives outweigh the negatives for me so I’ll continue training here. I know these things are very subjective but I really wanted to write an honest review.

Top gym!! great workout space the gym it’s self is very beautiful. But yet this is my experience ! Month of April, I join the gym for only 3 months contract and a payment of 58 euro to start and after 3 months is cancelled due to my operation I was home for sometime but during that time in my head is over because it 3 months should be automatic cancel but no they continue to collect money from my account every end of month till the moment I notice I cancelled it myself now they emailed me to say that I still have to make some payments which they should be make sure that it cancelled because was just for 3 months contract. I personally think 🤔 they should just be more clear to new people coming to the gym that after 3 months, you have to personally contact them to cancel your membership than making you think that is just for 3 months it will be cancelled and while they continue to collect money from your account because you don’t call them to make sure they cancel your membership, because sometimes you just don’t know what people going through in their private life but overall is a great gym just communication needed to be very clear to new customers coming in and to have a staff member at the gym in cast if something happens thing or someone needs or their is a fight it’s gym anything can happen but their is no staff member at the gym club they all cameras 🎥 but yet again is different and this are my opinions and experiences that I personally have but overall is a great gym the machine are very modern very clean gym but yet again communication is the key 🔑 and it needs to be very clear to people’s coming to the gym and Good luck strength house xx

Op fitness gebied is dit volgens mij de grootste in Brugge. Het beschikt over de nieuwste toestellen die momenteel op de markt beschikbaar zijn. Je kan er zelfs boksen. De eigenaren zijn uitermate vriendelijk en zijn continu in de weer om de klanten zo goed mogelijk bij te staan met informatie en uitleg 🙌🏻 Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een kwalitatieve fitness in Brugge 💪🏻

Top gym!! great space... nice functional / crossfit training area with pull up bars , olympic rings , parallel bars , kettlebells and elastic bands. Multiple modern equipment. Enough free weights , enough olympic bars.
Day free is €12 , please note you need to scan a QR code at entrance , pay online , then download the app , then you receive a code to enter this gym.. .
Shower and locker available.
